Mertailor Leggings Design

Important! Here you are purchasing the design only, not the physical leggings themselves! Please note that a design can no longer be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once I have started working on it. Please read the following information carefully to avoid any misunderstandings!

1. What I need from you

Before I can start working on your design, a contract between the artist and the client must be completed. I cannot work on your design without this contract.

I also need a detailed description of how you envision your design. Please note that 2 design changes (1st design draft + 2 design changes) are included. Each additional change costs €30. The sooner you know what you want, the happier you will be in the end. :) You are also welcome to send me pictures for inspiration!

2. Which designs I exclude

I do not copy designs by other artists! This is partly due to respect for other artists, but also to the very strict copyright law in Germany. This also includes designs in the field of fan art and brand protection with logos or symbols from protected material (e.g., symbols from Harry Potter, Star Wars, etc.). These are things that I cannot and will not implement. A copyright infringement lawsuit can quickly run into the thousands and would simply be life-threatening for me. Therefore, please respect my decision not to take this risk. You can, of course, send me inspirations, but there will be clear differences in your design afterwards.

3. Size

I work with the official Mertailor Templates. These differ from common ready-to-wear sizes. Therefore, please choose your size according to the Mertailor chart. If you are unsure about your size, please contact Mertailor Customer Service, who will be happy to help you and knows the material best. ♥

4. Process

• You order your desired design and send me the contract and your design request via the contact form in a timely manner.
• Within the first week, you will receive your design draft! You can then tell me twice what changes you would like, which I will then implement.
• Once the design is finished, you will receive a design preview, which you can use to order your design directly from Mertailor.
• After your order, I will be contacted, send all print data to Mertailor, your leggings will go into production and finally into shipping! :)
