Wann erhalte ich meine Bestellung? / When will I receive my order?
Ich versende deine Bestellung innerhalb von 3-5 Werktagen! Das umfasst alle vorgefertigten Artikel. Du hast ein Event wofür du dein Produkt benötigst und brauchst es noch einen Ticken schneller? Schreib mir! Dafür finden wie sehr oft eine Lösung ♥ Bitte beachte, dass Auftragsarbeiten eine Herstellungszeit von bis zu 6 Wochen haben und von der normalen Lieferzeit deshalb ausgenommen sind.
I ship your order within 3–5 business days! This includes all pre-made items. Do you have an event for which you need your product and require it a little faster? Message me! We very often find a solution for that ♥ Please note that custom orders have a production time of up to 6 weeks and are therefore excluded from the normal delivery time.

You can choose the payment method that suits you best from a variety of options. I currently accept payments via PayPal, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfer (payment in advance). You also have the option to pay in installments via Klarna.

How much 'human' is in your designs? / Are your designs human-made?
I have been crafting fairy wings since 2016, resulting in a vast array of designs over the years.
I consciously avoid using AI-generated templates. I draw my inspiration from nature, mythology, and direct collaboration with clients on custom commissions. For me, art is a form of self-expression that a machine cannot replicate. Even with accessories, I use as few pre-made components as possible, ensuring the focus remains on the elements I have personally drawn, sculpted, and crafted.

I currently ship within Germany, Switzerland and to the USA. And until August 3, 2026, within the European Union (excluding Austria, France and Spain). Are you from another country and can't find shipping options in the shop? Please feel free to write to me, and I will add your country!
European Union
Due to the new EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR), I will unfortunately no longer be able to offer direct shipping to other EU member states as of August 12, 2026. The new legal requirements entail a significant administrative burden for small businesses, which I am unfortunately unable to manage at this time.
For many products, you will find the package dimensions in the product description. These are provided solely for your information, should you wish to use a package forwarding service yourself. Please note that, for legal reasons, I cannot recommend specific providers or offer advice on this matter.
USA
Shipping to the USA is available.
Please note that import duties, customs duties, and any applicable taxes or processing fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and must be borne by the recipient. As import regulations are subject to change, I recommend checking the current rules before placing an order.
